Dunkelberger’s Inspection Services Division provides threshold inspections (F.S. 553.79), special inspections (F.B.C. 109), and private provider plan review and inspection services (F.S. 553.791) and Building Code Consultation to a wide variety of public and private sector clients.  We can accommodate any building inspection or plan review request ranging from multi-story high-rises to educational facilities to single-family homes.

All of our building inspectors and plan reviewers are licensed through the State of Florida Department of Professional Regulation.  Our personnel’s knowledge of the applicable codes allows Dunkelberger to “troubleshoot” potential problems prior to occurring.  Our team member approach results in clear and open communication with our clients, design professionals, contractors and local jurisdiction to ensure all code compliance related issues are satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner.
