Mr. O’Connor, a co-founding partner in the firm, specializes in the practices of construction materials testing and building inspection services including Threshold Inspection (F.S. 553.791), Special Inspection (F.B.C. 109), and Private Provider Plan Review and Inspection (F.S. 553.791). Mr. O’Connor received his Bachelor Degree for Civil Engineering in 1985. Practicing locally for over 25 years, Mr. O’Connor serves as senior project engineer with direct technical responsibility for field inspection, construction materials testing and laboratory testing services.

Mr. Perini, a licensed State of Florida Building Inspector, has over 16 years experience with regards to municipal and private sector building code compliance.  A member of the International Code Council (ICC) and Southern Building Code Congress International (SBCCI), Mr. Perini's expertise is a direct result of his understanding of construction practices as well as his knowledge of the applicable building codes.  The confidence Mr. Perini has earned through his years of working for various building officials allows him to intercede job specific issues on the client's behalf.  His capability to solve problems on-the-spot earns Mr. Perini the respect of clients, contractors and design professionals.  Mr. Perini is also a Continuing Workforce Education (CWE) Adjunct Instructor, where he utilizes his knowledge and expertise to educate the upcoming workforce, at Palm Beach State College (PBSC).
