Christopher

Serving as Inspection Services Division Manager, Mr. Throop serves as project manager on all threshold/special inspection and private provider projects. A State licensed Building Code Administrator, Standard Inspector, and Standard Plans Examiner, Mr. Throop acts as the liaison between the client’s building officials, contractors and design professionals.
Mr. Throop’s expertise of the code allows him to effectively communicate
with engineers, architects and contractors to verify that the requirements
of the project plans and specifications are met. He
is a member of the International Code Council (ICC) as well as the Building
Officials Association of Palm Beach County and the Florida Concrete and
Products Association, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Throop has joined Palm Beach Community College (PBCC) as a Continuing Workforce Education (CWE) Adjunct Instructor where he utilizes his knowledge and expertise to educate the upcoming workforce.

Mr. Schall has over five years of municipal and private sector building code compliance experience resulting in a thorough knowledge of construction practices and building, mechanical and plumbing codes. Mr. Schall’s strong administrative and communication skills allow him to effectively project manage and interact with local jurisdictions to ensure all code related issues are effectively resolved.

Mr. Perini, a licensed State of Florida Building Inspector, has over 12 years experience with regards to municipal and private sector building code compliance. A member of the ICC and Southern Building Code Congress, Mr. Perini's expertise is a direct result of his understanding of construction practices as well as his knowledge of the applicable building codes. The confidence Mr. Perini has earned through his years of working for various building officials allows him to intercede job specific issues on the client's behalf. His capability to solve problems on-the-spot earns Mr. Perini the respect of clients, contractors and design professionals.
