Environmental Services Overview
Dunkelberger provides inclusive environmental services including due diligence studies, evaluation of contaminated soil, sediment and groundwater, as well as groundwater monitoring. We have extensive experience with diverse land uses such as urban parcels, large agricultural tracts, commercial/industrial sites, landfills, golf courses, and petroleum and dry cleaning contamination sites varying in size from less than one to 7,500 acres.
With 18 years of professional service, Dunkelberger's specialized environmental staff is familiar with the unique soil and groundwater conditions of Florida and are capable of providing our guidance in assessing the nature and extent of contamination in order to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding the acquisition and/or remediation of properties.
Dunkelberger is also experienced with emergency response situations helping clients with fast-track resolution of unexpected conditions (e.g. buried trash/debris, fuel spills, hidden fuel tanks or chemical containers) discovered during construction.
