Mr. Dunkelberger received
his Bachelors Degree for Civil Engineering in 1977 and his Masters
Degree for
Soil Mechanics in 1979, and
has 26+ years of experience in Florida as a registered geotechnical
engineer. He has served as an adjunct professor for foundation
engineering instruction at Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Dunkelberger
as President/CEO has overall management responsibility for the
firm’s four offices. He also maintains a technical role
with key clients and unique projects.

Mr. O’Connor, a co-founding partner in the firm, specializes in the practices of construction materials testing and building inspection services including Threshold Inspection (F.S. 553.791), Special Inspection (F.B.C. 109), and Private Provider Plan Review and Inspection (F.S. 553.791). Mr. O’Connor received his Bachelor Degree for Civil Engineering in 1985. Practicing locally for over 25 years, Mr. O’Connor serves as senior project engineer with direct technical responsibility for field inspection, construction materials testing and laboratory testing services.

A civil engineer, Mr. Tepper received his Bachelor and Master Degrees for Civil Engineering in 1963 and 1964, respectively. He has been practicing geo-environmental engineering for 40+ years and has practiced in South Florida for more than 30 years. This latter experience has allowed him to become very familiar with the unique geological, soil and groundwater conditions of the area and the impact which these conditions can have on the design and construction of engineered facilities. Mr. Tepper is a court qualified geotechnical expert and author of technical publications concerning South Florida foundation conditions.

Mr. Dunkelberger, principal engineer-in-charge of Dunkelberger's Port St. Lucie office, received a Bachelor and a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 1991 and 1992, respectively. With over 15 years of professional engineering experience, he is responsible for implementing, evaluating and overseeing studies related to geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and inspection services, and environmental assessments of commercial properties for real estate transactions.

Mr. Aubry specializes in the earthwork and underground components of civil engineering projects that range from land development to roads and bridges to water resources. Following receipt of a Master of Science in 1981, he has more than 30 years experience
Mr. Aubry, who joined Dunkelberger in 2000, manages geotechnical operations for firm's four offices. A member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Mr. Aubry is responsible for coordinating daily functions of the geotechnical engineering division including client contact, field crew coordination, project management, laboratory soils classification, geotechnical engineering analysis, development of foundation recommendations, and reporting.
